What We're Building

The care sector runs on outdated software - paper forms, Excel spreadsheets, manual processes. Families searching for care face confusing options, hidden pricing, and hours of phone calls. Care providers spend their days on admin instead of caring for residents. The technology in this sector is twenty years behind, and that gap affects millions of people making difficult decisions about their parents' care.

We're fixing this with two interconnected products.

• Lottie Marketplace is where families search for care - care homes, home care, retirement living. We provide transparent pricing, comprehensive information, and support from our care experts. Free for families, used by half a million people monthly.
• Found is our AI-native CRM platform for care providers, handling everything from enquiry management to occupancy tracking to billing and automated workflows. One thousand care homes across the UK use it to run their operations, growing quickly. We're replacing decades-old systems with modern software.

Both products share infrastructure, data, and our belief that elderly care deserves better technology.
