This section contains details on what benefits you will receive as a member of our team and how to gain access. We're fortunate enough to have a global team and a flexible working culture…. so we’ve tried our best to make sure that all permanent employees have access to the same benefits, wherever they are in the world. There are some legal and practical limitations, but most benefits will be available to everyone. With each benefit we have added a note that explains how this will work if you are a Global Permanent Employee.

EMI

Pension



<aside> 📈 Lottie has a generous EMI share option scheme that all permanent UK based team members will participate in, ensuring that everyone within the company has an opportunity to own a part of the company and together we can work hard behind our mission to protect and support the elderly community.

<aside> 👵 Employees are automatically enrolled in our pension scheme from day one. Within a week of your first pay check, you will receive all the relevant documentation from our pension provider, NEST.

If you are a global remote employee then you will be paid the same % as UK Employees OR the Statutory minimum in the country you reside in.

Holidays


<aside> 🌴 You will receive either 26 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays OR 34 days annual leave.

Additionally, if you don’t use all of your holiday in one year, you can rollover up to 5 days. These days must be used by March, so be sure to get them booked in early!

If you are a global remote employee then you will be have the same holidays as UK based Employees OR the Statutory minimum in the country you reside in.

Unplugged


<aside> 🔌 We want to help our employees unwind and offer a benefit that will directly improve Mental Health and Wellbeing.

To do that we have partnered with Unplugged who provide beautiful off grid cabins that ‘allow you to reset in nature with a 3 day digital detox’ It’s all about unwinding and ‘unplugging’ from our day to day lives. Lottie will cover the cost for 1 stay (3 days) per employee per year and we encourage everyone to use it. Relax and recharge on Lottie 🙂.

Inclusive Bank Holidays


Hybrid Working


<aside> ♾️ We recognise that we may all celebrate different religious and cultural holidays. To support our team members who may want to take off dates such as Eid or Nowruz, for example, we offer the opportunity to swap out your bank holidays, for a date that may be more meaningful to you. To do this, just speak to your manager and seek approval for this swap.

<aside> 🖥️ At Lottie, we work remotely 3 days a week and come together in our office 2 days a week.

As part of Lottie’s approach to Hybrid Working, we also offer a remote working perk that allows all ‘Hybrid working’ Employees the opportunity to work remotely for 10 days per year.
